Awards and Recognition for ™AktivPULS
Innovation that stands out and delivers results in both milking parlors and robots.
™AktivPULS was developed for dairy farmers seeking better control over teat and udder health, and improved milk production and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. It won the LAMMA Innovation Award and Founders All Over Award (2019), and was previously named Innovation of the Year at EuroTier (2014).
Today, ™AktivPULS is used by more than 2,500 dairy farmers. Not because an award in itself solves anything, but because proven technology makes a difference in practice.
Recognized for technology that makes a difference in practice
The award at EuroTier 2014 was granted for the further development of the ™AktivPULS teat liner. The design was specifically evaluated, including an integrated 45-degree angled seal and an air nozzle in the liner head for vacuum relief during the massage phase.
This technology was developed to handle the teat more gently and in a more controlled manner during milking. This is important because the milking method directly influences teat condition, udder health, and mastitis risk.
This is reflected in results such as:
- 20 percent better teat condition
- an average 11 percent increase in milk flow rate
- three times the lifespan of rubber
- real-world examples where SCC dropped from 170 to 63
Award-winning in the industry, proven on the farm
™AktivPULS is now used by more than 2,500 dairy farmers. Not because an award alone solves anything, but because the technology has to prove itself in practice.
real-world examples where SCC dropped from 170 to 63
For dairy farmers, this means greater control over the milking process, less pressure on the teat and udder, and a solution that is not only innovative but also commercially viable.
Choose proven technology with practical results
The awards at EuroTier 2014 and LAMMA 2019 confirm that ™AktivPULS is technically unique. The real test comes in practice. That is precisely where the strength of ™AktivPULS lies.
Do you want to work toward healthier teats, a smoother milking process, and a lower somatic cell count (SCC)? Then it makes sense to take a critical look at the teat liner, which has a direct impact on every milking session.
